Betting Rules - Sportsbookchief
GENERAL RULES
- The minimum wager on the Internet is $2. The maximum is $500.
- The minimum wager on the phone is $20. The maximum is $1000.( depends on sport )
- The winner of an event or game will be determined on the date of the events conclusion.
- Sportsbookchief does not recognize suspended games, protested games, overturned games, etc. for wagering purposes.
- Overtimes are included as part of the second half in halftime wagers, sides and totals.
- All odds displayed do not include the stake, for example, if you wager $100 on a future that has odds of say 6-1, you win $600 plus your stake, which equals $700 credited to your account.
- Nevada Gaming Regulations will be used to cover anything not covered by Sportsbookchief Rules. In the case of an obvious error on a posted line the wager will be deemed "no action" and all money refunded.
PRO AND COLLEGE FOOTBALL 
Wagers offered: Sides, Totals, $-Lines, Parlays, Teasers, Reverses, Pleasers,Props and Halftimes.
- For wagering purposes, pro and college football games are considered official after 55 minutes of play. If a game is halted for any reason and 55 minutes are not completed, the contest will be considered cancelled/no action and all wagers will be refunded.
a. In the case of a cancelled game, parlay and teaser wagers will be reduced and the payouts will be adjusted based on house rules and payouts for such wagers.
b. All completed periods, (i.e. 1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 1st half and 3rd quarter) will be valid and all wagers will have action, considering the game was cancelled in the fourth quarter.
- Wagers on Pointspreads, moneylines, game totals and 2nd halves all include the overtime scores. Fourth quarter wagers however do NOT include overtime scores.
- Games must be played on scheduled date and venue.
- Buying points: The cost of a half point in football will be 10 cents with two exceptions buying on or off the number "3" players will be charged an additional 25 cents per half point in pro and 20 cents per half point in NCAAFB. Buying on or off the number "7" Players will be charged an additional 15 cents per half point in both pro and college football.
Players will be allowed to buy a maximum of one (1) point in pro and college football.
- Parlays: In case of a tie, it will reduce to the next lowest payoff. If one team in a two team parlay ties, then it will reduce to a straight wager paying 10/11. Any one loss constitutes a loss.
- Teasers / Pleasers: If a selection in the teaser is a push, it will reduce to the next lowest payoff. If one team in a two team teaser ties, and the other one wins, then it will result in "NO ACTION".
You may tease both sides of the same game.
For all PLEASER wagers, a tie constitutes a loss. Any one loss constitutes a loss.
- Special 3-team 10pt Teaser: If any of the 3 teams ties or loses, then the teaser loses.
- For NFL season totals wagering teams must play all 16 scheduled regular season Games.
- No NFL or NCAAFB wager shall pay over $30,000 unless otherwise stated.
PRO AND COLLEGE BASKETBALL 
Wagers offered: Sides, Totals, Money-Lines, Parlays, Teasers and Props.
- For wagering purposes, a pro basketball game is official after 43 minutes of play. College basketball games and WNBA are official after 35 minutes of play.
- Pointspread, total, moneyline and 2nd half wagers include overtime scores.
- The cost of buying a half point in basketball will be an additional 10 cents.
- No wager shall pay over $20,000 unless otherwise stated.
- For NBA season totals wagering, all teams must play all 82 scheduled regular season games.
- Fourth quarter wagers do NOT include overtime. All game periods must be completed in their entirety for action.
- Parlays: In case of a tie, it will reduce to the next lowest payoff. If one team in a two team parlay ties, then it will reduce to a straight wager paying 10/11. Any one loss constitutes a loss.
- Teasers / Pleasers: If a selection in the teaser is a push, it will reduce to the next lowest payoff. If one team in a two team teaser ties and the other one wins, then it will result in "NO ACTION".

- Special 3-team 8pt Teaser: If any of the 3 teams ties or loses, then the teaser loses.
BASEBALL 
Wagers offered: Moneylines, Totals, Runlines, 1st half (1st 5 complete innings), 2nd half (6th inning to the end of the game), Alternate Runlines, -2½ Runlines, Team Totals, First team to score, yes/no 1st Inning score, Total runs + hits + errors, & More strikeouts pitcher vs. pitcher.
- Moneyline wagering options are as follows:
a. Listed Pitchers - wagers stand only if BOTH pitchers start as listed.
b. Action - Wagers stand regardless of which pitchers start the game.
c. List one pitcher - You may specify a pitcher for either team, your specified pitcher
must start, if not your wager will be refunded. If there is a pitching change for the
opposing team your wager will stand,however the match odds may be adjusted
based on the new pitcher.
- Moneyline wagers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading
after 4½ innings. If a game is called or suspended, the winner will be determined by
the score after the last complete inning unless the home team scores to tie the game
or takes the lead in the bottom of the inning. In this case, the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game was called.
- Wagers will be refunded if the home team ties the game and then the game is suspended.
- When wagering on ALL Runlines, Game Totals, Team Totals, and Runs / Hits / Errors propositions,
both listed pitchers must start the game for their respective teams and games must go
at least 8½ innings if the home team is winning or 9 full innings if the visiting team is winning.
a. In the event of a shortened game, all total and runline wagers will be refunded and
parlay wagers will be reduced down accordingly and the payouts adjusted.
- MLB First Five Innings: The listed pitchers must start the game, and the five full innings must be completed for the wager to be valid.
- MLB Second Half: The runs scored from the start of the 6th inning to the end of the game count towards the wager. Wagers include any extra innings. Pitchers do not matter (all 2H MLB wagers are action) Games must be completed- any games called in the 6th, 7th or 8th inning will result in a refund.
- Team to Score First: The listed pitchers must start the game ; wager is official at the time the first team scores. Extra innings count towards wager.
- Yes / No - Score in the First Inning: The listed pitchers must start the game ,the first inning must be completed for wagers to be valid.
- For wagering purposes, SportsbookChief does not recognize games that were suspended, protested or overturned. Games must be played on scheduled date and venue.
- For MLB season totals wagering, teams must play at least 160 of the 162 scheduled
regular season games in order for wagers to be valid. No MLB wager whether it be straight bets, parlays or future bets shall pay in excess of $20,000 unless otherwise stated.
HOCKEY 
Wagers offered: Money-Lines, Totals, Parlays, Futures and Season Wins.
- Games are official after 55 minutes of play.
- Event must be completed on the same day.
- No wager shall pay over $10,000, unless otherwise stated.
- In the event of a shootout, the winner of the shootout will be awarded one goal that will count towards the side and total of any wager.
GOLF 
Wagers offered: Tournament Winner.
- In any tournament that is shortened, the official winner will be the wagering winner.
- In match-up wagering, both golfers must tee-off or there is "no action".
- Match-ups without a designated round number are for the entire tournament.
- The winner is determined by most holes played. If both players play the same number of holes, the player with the lowest score is the winner. If both players are still tied at the end of the event, then all money will be refunded unless both players are tied for first at the end of regulation, then the winner will be decided by a playoff or sudden death.
- No wager shall pay over $10,000, unless otherwise stated.
NASCAR 
Wagers offered: Win Event, Match-Ups, Props and Winston Cup.
- All match-ups have action after both drivers have crossed the start/finish line at beginning of the race. Formation and/or warm-up laps are not considered for betting purposes.
- Odds to win bets must have 60% of the racing field start the race for action.
- All wagers are graded immediately at a race's conclusion. Unofficial results at that time are used for grading purposes. Official results reflect disqualifications and position penalties which are not recognized for wagering purposes.
- A match-up involving both drivers exiting a Formula 1 race on the same lap will be graded as no-action.
- If a driver is replaced by an alternate driver during a race, the new driver replaces the old driver in all match-ups, propositions, and futures wagers. The new driver's finishing position is credited to the old driver.
- Qualifying match-up results are based on the official lineup posted at www.nascar.com. Penalties resulting from rules infractions are not recognized for wagering purposes.
- No wager shall pay over $10,000, unless otherwise stated.
SOCCER 
Wagers offered: Sides, Totals, Draw and Parlays.
- No wager shall pay over $10,000, unless otherwise stated.
- If a Draw is offered: Bet Toucan will grade the games using the "Within 90 Minutes Winner".
- If there is no Draw offered: Bet Toucan will grade the games using the "Outright Winner".
BOXING 
Wagers offered: Sides
- NO maximum payout.
- A fight must go within one week of its posted schedule date.
- A Fight = Top Title Fight or a fight Sportsbookchief deems as an "A Fight".
- B Fight = All others (not rated an "A Fight" by Sportsbookchief)
TENNIS 
Head to Head Matchups:
Two full sets must be completed for wagers to stand. Less than 2 sets completed - all wagers will be considered void.
Example: Federer 6-3, 4-6, 2-0 (Roddick retired due to injury). All wagers stand. Federer declared the winner while Roddick is deemed the loser.
Example: Federer 6-3, 2-0 (Roddick retired due to injury). All wagers considered void.
- Wagers offered: Tournament Winner and Match-Ups.
- A delay in the start of a match will not affect the standing of wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match completed.
- No wager shall pay over $10,000, unless otherwise stated.
